The special V6 Heatbreak from BROZZL is made of grade 5 titanium. This material is used specifically in the aerospace industry and has a lower thermal conductivity than stainless steel. Due to the lower thermal conductivity, a better defined melting zone is possible.

The extremely smooth surface structure significantly increases the reliability in extrusion. Less blockages and lower extrusion forces are also another positive advantage of the smooth surfaces.

The V6 heatbreaks are compatible with all E3D V6 hotends and original Prusa i3 devices.
