Polymaker PC-PBT
Polymaker ™ PC-PBT is a PC / PBT polymer blend that offers good heat resistance and toughness at low temperatures (-20 ° C / -30 ° C). Polymaker ™ PC-PBT is also characterised by good chemical resistance.
Polymaker â„¢ PC-PBT can be printed on almost any surface with a thin layer of Magigoo PC. We recommend a flex plate to make it easier to remove the model from the plate.
We recommend a full metal hot end that maintains a stable temperature of at least 260 ° C. We also recommend using a heated chamber that can reach at least 80 ° C.
We recommend annealing all models printed in Polymaker ™ PC-PBT. This allows users to take full advantage of the mechanical and thermal properties. When tempering, the model is placed in an oven at 90 ° C for 2 hours.
PolyDissolve â„¢ S2 is the recommended support material for Polymaker â„¢ PC-PBT.
